These guidelines describe how EmpirioLabs.ai LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Empirio Labs", "we", "us", or "our") uses third-party brands, model names, logos, and related assets in connection with its services.
Empirio Labs operates as an independent provider that integrates and hosts AI models from multiple sources, including commercial APIs, authorized partner services, and open-source models released under their respective licenses. Empirio Labs is not owned by, operated by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or a legal representative of any model provider unless expressly stated in a signed agreement or official announcement.
Empirio Labs accesses proprietary models through channels we believe are authorized for the relevant use, such as official APIs, commercial agreements, partner integrations, or permitted infrastructure providers. For open-source models, Empirio Labs aims to comply with the relevant licenses and published terms.
Model and provider names, logos, product names, descriptions, benchmarks, and compatibility labels may appear in interfaces, documentation, model cards, bot descriptions, or catalog pages solely to identify the underlying technology, source, compatibility, or availability.
Those references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, certification, or approval unless expressly stated. Empirio Labs presents its own name and branding separately to make clear that Empirio Labs is the provider or operator of the integration, not the owner of third-party brands.
Catalog entries, docs, and model cards may include customer-safe license, source, provider, or attribution details when those details are relevant to use of a model or output. Those notices are informational and do not replace the underlying license, provider terms, or rights-holder policies that may apply to a model, dataset, API, or output.
If a model, dataset, brand, or rights holder requires a correction to attribution, naming, licensing, or usage information, they can contact us using the request process below.
Users are responsible for prompts, uploads, outputs, generated media, hosted links, publications, and downstream uses that include third-party names, logos, likenesses, brands, copyrighted works, or other protected material. Users must not use Empirio Labs, third-party marks, generated outputs, or hosted links in a way that falsely suggests origin, approval, sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or authorization.
Empirio Labs may remove, restrict, rename, relabel, or disable access to catalog content, user-generated content, outputs, or links if we believe the use may confuse users, infringe rights, violate law, violate provider or platform rules, or create legal, safety, security, or operational risk.
Empirio Labs aims to accurately represent which model or stack is powering each integration and to avoid misrepresenting provenance. Providers may change names, logos, access rules, regions, prices, safety settings, or technical behavior. Empirio Labs may update descriptions, logos, categories, labels, routing, or availability to keep the catalog accurate and compliant.
Brand owners, rights holders, or authorized agents can request corrections, attribution changes, or removal of brand assets or allegedly infringing material by contacting support@empiriolabs.ai. Please include enough information to identify the material, the right at issue, the requested action, and how to contact you. Empirio Labs will review requests in good faith and may adjust, restrict, or remove material where appropriate.
