EmpirioLabs now has two curated video workflows: Compose and ジェネレーションテンプレート. They sound similar, but they solve different jobs.
Use Compose for a complete video
Compose is a production workflow. It can plan a script or storyboard, generate narration, build multiple scenes, apply captions, add music where the recipe supports it, and return a finished vertical video. Use it when your prompt is closer to "make the whole reel" than "make this one clip."
Examples include a faceless explainer, UGC product ad, creator talking-head video, listicle, story-time format, or music-driven montage.
Use Generation Templates for one effect
Generation Templates are one-shot effects. Each template locks in a proven look, input pattern, and recommended model for a single image or video generation request. Use them when you want a specific effect such as a morph transition, surreal staircase, Frutiger Aero scene, AI dance, lip sync, or a cinematic aesthetic.
They are fast to try because you stay inside the normal image or video generation surface. Pick a template, attach the required media if needed, and generate.
How to choose
- Choose Compose when you need scenes, voiceover, captions, and final assembly.
- Choose Generation Templates when you need one polished model call with a known visual style.
- Choose Compose Custom with an effect style when you want multiple clips stitched from a mastered effect aesthetic.
- Use the API for either workflow when the same format must run inside your product.
