Brand & Model Usage Policy
Brand & Model Usage Policy
These guidelines describe how EmpirioLabs.ai LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Empirio Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses third-party brands, model names, and related assets in connection with its services.
Empirio Labs AI (“Empirio Labs”) operates as an independent provider that integrates and hosts AI models from multiple sources, including, but not limited to:
Commercial APIs from major AI providers
Authorized partner APIs and resellers
Open-source models released under permissive licenses
Empirio Labs is not owned by, operated by, or a legal representative of any of the model providers whose technology we integrate. Any references to third-party brands, logos, or model names are for identification of the underlying technology only.
Use of Third-party Models
Empirio Labs accesses proprietary models (for example, large language models, vision models, speech models, and others) through licensed, contractual channels, such as official APIs, enterprise agreements, or authorized partner integrations.
For open-source models, Empirio Labs complies with the relevant licenses (e.g., Apache-2.0, MIT, or other published terms) and uses those models within the scope permitted by their licensors.
In some cases, Empirio Labs may work with third-party infrastructure or platform partners who themselves maintain direct commercial relationships with model developers. In those cases, Empirio Labs consumes those services through the partner’s authorized endpoints.
Use of Names, Logos, and Brand Elements
Model and provider names (for example, “Gemini”, “WAN 2.6”, etc.) may be displayed in bot titles, descriptions, or documentation solely to identify which underlying model is being used.
Where logos or product icons appear in user interfaces (for example, on bot avatars or model badges), they are used in a referential manner to indicate the associated model or technology, not to suggest that Empirio Labs is that brand or that a formal sponsorship/endorsement exists.
Empirio Labs always presents its own name and logo distinctly (for example, as “by Empirio Labs AI”) to make clear that Empirio Labs is the provider/operator of the hosted bot or integration, separate from the model’s developer.
If any brand owner believes that a particular use of their name, logo, or brand elements on an Empirio Labs integration could cause confusion or does not align with their brand guidelines, they are encouraged to contact us. Empirio Labs will promptly review and, where appropriate, adjust the presentation (such as changing avatars, badges, or naming) to address specific concerns.
No Affiliation, Sponsorship, or Endorsement
Unless explicitly stated in writing on this site or in official announcements, no reference to a third-party model, API, or platform should be interpreted as implying a formal partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement of Empirio Labs by that third party.
Some providers and partners are aware of and have discussed Empirio Labs’ use of their technology; others may not be individually notified of each interface or bot built on top of their APIs. This is standard for scalable API ecosystems and does not alter the independent status of Empirio Labs.
Any “official” labels that appear within third-party platforms (for example, tags or badges applied by a platform UI) are platform-side UI designations, and do not convert Empirio Labs into a legal representative of any model provider.
Accuracy, Transparency, and Changes
Empirio Labs aims to accurately represent which model or stack is powering each integration and to avoid misrepresenting capabilities or provenance.
If a model source, provider, or routing changes (for example, moving from one authorized endpoint to another), Empirio Labs may update internal infrastructure without necessarily changing branding where the underlying model remains functionally equivalent.
If a provider, rights holder, or platform requests a modification to how their model or brand is presented, Empirio Labs will review the request in good faith and, where necessary, update names, icons, or descriptions to remain compliant and avoid confusion.
